Basic Plan Refund Policy (This version does not support purchasing yet.) #

When is a product eligible for a refund? #

For Believer plan, refunds are available within 21 days of purchase.

If HamsterBase determines that you have abused the refund policy, you may not be eligible for a refund.

How do I request a refund? #

If you need a refund, you can contact us via the contact form on the Support Page and we will complete the refund process within 5 business days.

How will I receive a refund? #

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method.

Believer Plan refund policy #

As there are currently no restrictions built into the software, please use HamsterBase to your full satisfaction before purchasing the Believer Plan, which does not support refunds.
